Meryl Reinhard comes from Bulahdelah, on the banks of the Myall River in the mid-North Coast of New South Wales. She was borne in Murwillumbah on the Tweed River.
Meryl has been writing poetry for many years and, following her musical father, who performed in a dance band, finally put some of her poetry to music and sang those songs around many country music festivals around Australia. The audience kept asking for a CD, so Meryl went to Ken Foot at Footloose Studios on Nelson Bay. Ken helped with advice and produced a CD that has had to go into its second and third pressing! |
