Cornell & Carr - We Go Way Back

Cornell & Carr celebrate their combined musical histories on their first album aptly titled, 'We Go Way Back'. As the twos' parents used to perform together, it is obvious that their musical destiny was written long ago, but the idea for the album was born from what was to be a one-off show at the 2018 Tamworth Country Music Festival.

The two talk about this inspiration as well as what it was like to finally record together, on Good Morning Country.

Jeff Brown - More Times Than I Remember

After a long career as not only a country singer, but also as a bush balladeer; Jeff Brown's eighth album, More Times Than I Remember, has finally been released.

Jeff’s voice with its crystal-clear texture and ever-so-slight warble is a mesmerising instrument. It should be on the wallaby full-time, like Slim Dusty’s was. But Jeff has other fish to fry or, as he so succinctly puts it, “other notches in the handbrake”. Life gets in the way of what deserves to be a far bigger singing career than it already is. His two lives operate in tandem, but as is the case for so many talented people, his art must give way to the necessity to earn a living.

He speaks about the songs and the inspiration for his latest work, including his personal life, on Good Morning Country.

This is Angela's second studio album, but she has definitely come a long way since the release of her first. The sounds of this album branch across into alternative country, Americana as well as modern country.

Whether the experimental nature of her writing, or the fact that the album features co-writes with Troy Kemp, Jeremy Barnes and Kevin Bennett, Angela's career won't be slowing down anytime soon.
