Twenty two year old Chelsea Basham grew up in the West Australian wheat belt town of Wongan Hills. The radio was loud and never far away, whether she was larking around with her two older brothers or working in her parents Retravision store. She loved the sound of the new breed of Australian country artists...Lee Kernaghan, Kasey Chambers, Troy Cassar Daley, Melinda Schneider, Adam Brand, Beccy Cole... and wanted to be like them.
They call Darren Colston a “Troubadour”. A gifted singer/songwriter with a unique talent for taking stories and injecting them straight into the heart of his audience. Darren has several awards to his name, including the Tamworth Independent Artists Male Vocalist of the year. Following his previous albums, Come By Chance and the Self Titled CD, Darren has now released his 3rd album, called BARE BONES. This album is an 8 song offering with 6 new original songs and 2 old favourites, recorded in the most intimate style....Just ONE guitar and ONE voice.
Australian recording artist Adam Brand will release his first album in two years with Sony Music Australia. His 9th studio album of the same title THERE WILL BE LOVE will be released 10th August 2012. After a couple of years living and working in the United States and recording his new album in Nashville, Adam has returned home to Australia. "It was an amazing experience to record in Nashville and certainly something I always enjoy doing," said Adam. "But it's also just as nice to be home again with this album under my belt! I'm excited about releasing this new album and playing the new songs to the fans. It's going to be an exciting second half to 2012!"
