For a lass that can shoot a gun, ride a horse and write songs while driving a tractor, Fanny Lumsden is the genuine article. With her impeccable voice and timeless skill for songwriting, Fanny and the Thrillseekers deliver a ‘kick-arse country hoedown’ that combines pure country twang and folk-fuelled shuffles while embracing pop  and grounding them in traditional musical terrain. The songs on'Small Town Big Shot' The songs mix sass and honesty and draw from family life in rural Australia and a typical 90s aussie upbringing. The performance, well its just plain ole fun. With an ability to appeal to all ages and demographics 2014 has seen the Fanny and the boys play all over Australia from Tasmania to Darwin taking her stories and charm with her. A highlight being their completely self produced and managed, Third Annual Country Halls tour through the Riverina which saw many communities gathering for hundreds of Kms for a nights of  live music. Thanks to a wildly successful Pozible campaign Fanny and the Thrillseekers are currently in the studio with highly acclaimed producer Matt Fell, cutting their debut album which has been named in the Au review’s 15 most anticipated albums of 2015.

Mickey Pye is a 25 year old Australian country artist from the small town of Oberon in NSW. Having toured extensively as a guitarist for some of Australia’s biggest country acts including Beccy Cole, Tania Kernaghan, Travis Collins and Jayne Denham, Mickey is a well respected musician in the industry and one of the most exciting young artists coming through the ranks.

Mickey grew up on a property with the typical rural lifestyle of horses, trucks and rodeo, and learned to play guitar from sitting in at campfire sing-along’s with musicians in the Orange Trail Riding club.
Mickey first struck the industry's eye as an artist when he won the Gympie Muster’s Maton Talent Search in 2009. Since then, Mickey has played some of the biggest stages in the Australia and Canada, and has developed a large following. Clocking up over 150 gigs a year, Mickey is one of the hardest working live performers in the scene, and the time has finally come - the debut 'Unleashed' has finally arrived.

2014 was viewed as a rebirth of sorts for Blundell. He spent the year focusing on writing new material and thanks to modern technology he commenced working with producers and musicians from around the globe including Canada, Germany, USA and Australia without having to leave his farm in Stanthorpe QLD. Working this way afforded him the luxury to take his time shaping the sound he wanted the album to reflect.
The first two singles from “Come On In” - “Hills of Brisbane” and “Casuarina” have been overwhelmingly received by media and fans alike with many commenting on the change in musical direction for James. On “Come On In”, James Blundell invites the listener into his world to rediscover the joy of music and evoke powerful emotions while experiencing the colours of life through the voice of this truly unique Australian artist. “Come On In” was released August 21 through Red Rebel Music & Revenge Records.
